Open Position:

Assistant Gardener

Work includes weeding, trimming, planting, mulching, and other gardening-related tasks. Some heavy lifting and ladder work will be required.

This is a seasonal position.

Work week is Mon-Fri. Starts and ends in Southampton, NJ. 7:00am (6:30am in summer) until end of job. Occasional saturday if week was rained out.

Base pay is dependent on experience & knowledge, with room for increase. Plus weekly paycheck, PTO, tips, daily overtime, generous end-of-season bonus, seasonal unemployment eligibility & free plants.

Some experience desired but not necessary.

Must be dependable, able to work in adverse weather conditions, physically able, a team player, and love plants!
